• Proficiency with company tools (CMiC, Excel, Word, Outlook) expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with defining project requirements, scope, and schedules.
• Coordinate submittals, procurement, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Support project start-up, budgeting, and close-out activities.
• Facilitate meetings; take minutes; track action items and follow up.
