Job summary

Carroll Daniel Engineering is seeking an experienced Design-Build Project Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, both internal and external, to deliver integrated design packages for Design-Build projects and support operations during construction.

You will align with the Director, Preconstruction and Operations to ensure owner's objectives are realized, budgets are controlled, schedules are met, and design integrates with construction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in A/E building design & construction.
• 5+ years in Design-Build and leading teams through design integration to construction.
• Strong written, presentation, and client-relations skills.
• Ability to coordinate internal/external multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design-build teams.
• Develop project budgets and manhour estimates.
• Establish design budgets and schedules aligned with owner objectives.
• Serve as quarterback between owner, designers, Carroll Daniel, and subs.
• Monitor progress to ensure client satisfaction, quality and risk mitigation.
