Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises project team activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements.
• Manages risk, ensuring contracts, insurance, NOC/NTC, and pre-qualification of subs comply with CDCC Way.
• Leads project start-up, scheduling, and coordination with subs and suppliers to meet timelines.
• Oversees project closeout, safety, quality control, and client relations.
