Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a capable Project Manager Assistant to support scheduling, cost control, QA/QC, and coordination across stakeholders. You will assist the project management team with constructability reviews, value engineering, and bid processes.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to read blueprints, and the discipline to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Location considerations include a full-time on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project management team with constructability review, value engineering, pay app reviews, schedule development, FF&E program development and execution.
• Assist in formulating the design, bid, and project phase of scheduling.
• Assist in the Addenda and Bid process.
• Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct pre-bid and job start meetings.
• Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to Project Manager.
• Under the supervision of Project Manager, facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Oversee approvals from applicable government agencies are received and documented.
• Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy.
• Prepares field reporting for review by Project Manager.
• Perform QA/QC process.
• Review change orders for completeness and conformance to company and client standards.
• Review RFIs/Submittals for completeness before distribution to design team.
• Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management.
• Review and maintain As Built drawings.
