Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience on construction projects preferred, or 6+ years of field leadership.
• Proficiency with PC and company tools (CMIC, Egnyte, Fieldwire; MS Office suite).

Responsibilities

• Directs project budgets, GMPs, and Lump Sum proposals.
• Manages owner contracts, bonds, notices, schedules, and costs.
• Develops and reviews Monthly Projected Final Cost (CMIC).
• Manages project risk and compliance with CDCC standards.
