Jobot is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator for commercial construction projects in Cincinnati. You will coordinate submittals, RFIs, schedules, and vendor communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction coordination role preferred.
• Proficient with CAD and reading construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project submittals, RFIs, work orders, and related documents.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Maintain warranty documents, owner manuals, and close-out packages.
• Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff.
• Utilize CAD software to create and interpret construction documents.
• Develop, communicate, and implement project schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure progress.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain detailed project documentation for audits.
