Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a general contracting environment.
• Proficient in project management software, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project management from design through occupancy and completion.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and construction teams to meet objectives.
• Prepare and review project proposals, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Ensure all work complies with specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
• Attend and participate in project meetings, providing progress updates and risk solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and promote a culture of safety.
