Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project submittals, RFIs, work orders, and related documents.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage warranty documents, owner manuals, and close out packages.
• Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff.
• Utilize CAD software to create and interpret construction documents.
• Develop, communicate, and implement project schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth progression.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records for auditing.
