Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Mesa, AZ to manage purchasing for multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of materials.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, field teams, and vendors, review submittals, and prepare procurement documentation to meet project schedules. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction or project management, strong MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented, team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Background in construction management or project management.
• 2 years of related experience with multi-tasking and admin organization.
• Experience with proofreading/editing and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews submittals, estimates, and requisitions to plan purchases.
• Coordinates with PMs, Engineers, Field Management, and vendors on requirements and schedules.
• Places orders to receive correctly specified parts and equipment delivered on time.
• Prepares purchase orders or bid requests within scope and budget.
• Assists with submittal, RFI, SIPP/Work Plan preparation as needed.
• Attends scope meetings and coordinates field teams, BIM team, and management.
