Job summary

TOCCI is hiring a Project Coordinator to support its project and field management teams. The role links project teams with corporate accounting, handling subcontract administration, insurance compliance, owner and subcontractor payments, and maintaining records in Procore, Timberline, and Textura from setup through closeout.

The ideal candidate is organized, deadline-driven, and discreet with financial data.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree (accounting, economics or business preferred) or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of administrative experience at a construction management or trade firm.
Proficiency in Procore, Timberline, Textura and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Set up new projects and maintain project data in Procore, Timberline and Textura.
Monitor subcontractor insurance certificates and renewals, notifying leadership of gaps.
Prepare Owner Applications for Payment and compile supporting documentation.
Review and process subcontractor payment applications, change orders and lien waivers.
Compare information across multiple systems for financial consistency.
Manage project closeout, including final payment applications.
Coordinate jobsite mobilization and demobilization, including field offices, utilities, services and supplies.
