Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction.
• 3+ years of field experience on large commercial projects.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and submittals.
• Knowledge of state building and plumbing codes.
• Proficient with BlueBeam, MS Project, and MS Office; familiarity with Quickpen/Accubid is a plus.

Plumbing Project Manager position with a large mechanical and plumbing construction company

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and mentor all project engineers and field crew.
• Find, Estimate, and Manage Plumbing Construction Projects.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC's and Owners.
• Gather best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Ability to manage and approve: schedule, billings, submittals, RFI's & change orders, select and monitor subs.

Requirements:

• Local
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 3+ years of prior field experience working for on large commercial projects ranging from $50k to $30M+ for mechanical contractors.
• Strong software knowledge in BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen/Accubid software are a plus.
• Knowledge in state building and plumbing codes.
