Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, technical or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with schedules, budgets, scope of work, data entry and other project requirements.
• Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs and meeting minutes.
• Prepare price change orders and project reports and documentation.
• Assist with reporting and tracking of projects.
• Maintain accurate project records and timely updates to the Project Managers.
• Participate in project hand-off and take-off meetings.
• Assist with closeout of projects including transmittal of final documentation to client and filing of materials.
• May travel to job sites.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information.
• Other duties as assigned based on the position within the business unit.
