Job summary

Boudreau Pipeline Corporation is seeking a Safety Coordinator on site in Corona, CA to support safety programs and regulatory compliance on active construction projects.

You will conduct jobsite inspections, assist with incident investigations, and help implement corrective actions while maintaining training and safety records.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of safety experience, a related degree, and a commitment to building a strong safety culture with Operations and Management.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of safety experience, preferably in construction, utilities, pipeline, civil construction, or industrial operations.
• Combination of education and relevant safety experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments across company operations.
• Identify unsafe conditions and communicate corrective action recommendations.
• Assist in incident investigations and RCA efforts.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and training documentation.
• Support safety policy implementation and IIPP programs.
• Promote compliance with OSHA/Cal/OSHA regulations.
