Job summary

Primoris Pipeline is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager and discipline leads in planning, execution and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes safety, timely delivery, and cost control within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering or Construction Management with 2+ years in oil and gas, plus experience with scheduling tools and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Understanding of project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of engineering management and EPC execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support Project Controls resources including cost, scheduling and job books.
• Support the PM with deliverable tracking and schedule progressing.
• Provide Coordination of deliverables between engineering and design resources.
• Provide technical support for cross-discipline interfaces and checking.
• Provide coordination between Procurement and Engineering for vendor drawing reviews and expediting technical feedback to vendors.
• This role can be considered a junior-PM role and may have career development opportunities in Project Management, Project Controls or Procurement functions on a project team.
