You will track orders, assist with procurements, and keep stakeholders informed to keep projects on schedule.

If you're organized and proactive, you will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Past administrative, business, and technical experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer and project communications, follow up on submittals and change orders.
• Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination to align deliveries.
• Coordinate packing slips and material shipments to jobsite.
• Support project managers and engineers as needed.
