Job summary

Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage all facets of assigned projects from initiation through final payment. You will ensure hardware schedules, shop drawings, and contract requirements are executed accurately, focusing on quality, cost control, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will supervise Assistant Project Managers, collaborate with Engineering and Operations, and maintain strong vendor and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of hardware schedules and project specifications.
• Direct and review shop drawings for doors, frames, and hardware.
• Interpret architectural specifications and guide internal teams.
• Support budgets, billing, and cost control.
• Train and mentor Assistant Project Managers.
