The ideal candidate has a construction-related degree/diploma and at least one year of ICI experience, with proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, plus experience with Autodesk Build and Bluebeam. The position is office-based with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Construction related degree/diploma is required.
• One year of ICI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Building Permits, Surveys
• Quantity Take Offs
• Issue Notice of Project
• Issue Purchase Orders and Sub-Contracts
• Expedite, track and process Shop Drawings
• Expedite and Track Subtrade Documentation
• Issue and tracking of Change Orders, CCN’s, RFI’s
• Issue Site Instructions
• Chair on site meetings, record and distribute minutes
• Issue deficiency reports to trades and work with site to ensure completion of deficiencies within scheduled timeline
• Prepare Warranty Manuals and Assist with As-Built Drawings
• Archive Project Files
