Job summary

VCI Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to report to the division Project Manager, assist with supervising staff and field employees, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role emphasizes accuracy in reporting, data handling, and effective communication across teams.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in construction and familiarity with project controls are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read Telecom system prints or previous experience reading engineering drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Demonstrates proficiency with Adobe Professional and Microsoft Project.
• Some knowledge of As Builts.

Responsibilities

• Report production, status of jobs and billing information.
• Coordinate project controls and assist with reporting.
• Read telecom drawings and ensure accurate data in reports.
• Maintain documentation and perform QA audits on reporting.
