Sonic is seeking a Project Coordinator I in Dallas, TX, to support plant construction projects. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a hybrid work arrangement and a requirement to live within 30 miles of Dallas.

Training is provided, along with benefits and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include document preparation, permit coordination, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding of construction project lifecycle and permitting processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn AT&T, PG&E, or Aerial Utility processes.
• Hybrid work capability preferred for occasional onsite meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day‑to‑day project management activities for plant construction projects in Dallas.
• Prepare and monitor purchase order requests and construction tracking.
• Manage permit applications, coordinate inspections, and secure approvals.
• Track and manage project closeout, NOCs, and as‑builts.
• Coordinate with IT and Logistics for contractor IDs and safety gear.
• Push JIRA workflows and upload project files to SharePoint.
