Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating projects, schedules and budgets is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PMO activities around quoting schedules and Design costs for customer RFQs.
• Assist CX-Sustaining team to coordinate and manage CLS internal Change Requests to products in mass production.
• Streamline/automate weekly and monthly reporting with PMO staff.
• Lead cross-functional, global core teams, kick off programs, establish schedules and drive meetings.
• Present and communicate status to functional management and may have customer interaction.
• Implement changes as directed in the product lifecycle process.
• Assist in planning the overall program and monitor progress; create/update the Program Plan/WBS.
• Daily program management throughout the program life.
• Manage deliverables to align with program outcomes and manage interdependencies.
• Manage the program's budget; forecast actuals against the plan.
