Job summary

ByVerTek, LLC is seeking a highly organized Construction Coordinator to support outside plant construction projects. You will balance field operations with administrative duties while maintaining accurate project data in Vitruvi and Microsoft Office.

The role requires collaboration with Project Management, subcontractors, and internal teams, with travel to project sites as needed and a focus on safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field required.
• 2–5 years of experience in OSP telecommunications construction, construction coordination, project coordination, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively utilize technology, software platforms, and project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Director of Construction with coordination and oversight of ongoing construction activities.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, field personnel, and internal teams to support successful project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and identify scheduling, resource, quality, or other issues affecting project completion.
