Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, construction coordination, or project support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project flow (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with both office staff and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with daily operations, documentation, cost tracking, and maintaining project schedules and compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and help with billing preparations.
• Coordinate permits and inspections as needed.
• Assist with line items, bonds, subcontracts, and payroll tasks.
