• 3+ years of experience in construction field supervision or superintendent role.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and jobsite activities
• Ensure crews, materials, equipment, and subcontractors are ready before work begins
• Maintain project schedules and provide regular updates
• Coordinate with Project Managers, field teams, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies
• Monitor jobsite quality and ensure work meets plans and specifications
• Maintain jobsite documentation, reports, and communication logs
• Conduct and participate in project meetings (pre-construction, scheduling, and progress meetings)
• Track project progress and maintain a 2-week outlook for upcoming work
• Manage project closeout, including testing and final documentation
