Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction processes and lifecycle management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure scope alignment.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, foremen and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality.

• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes and company policies.
