The role requires strong self‑start ability, organization, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include monitoring production, status, and billing information; interpreting telecom drawings; and ensuring accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Need to pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and supervisors with project coordination tasks.
• Report production status, job status, and billing information.
• Read telecom system prints and engineering drawings when required.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
• Travel as needed for job-related activities.
