Job summary

The role requires coordinating with discipline teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely material deliveries on complex projects in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years construction or construction management experience in similar facility construction.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, engineering drawings and related documents.
• Ability to perform material takeoffs and field estimates.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for complex projects.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents and foremen to ensure field buy-in.
• Verify quantities and coordinate curves and project controls.
• Maintain daily site logs and support RFMP/backcharge processes.
• Assist in reviewing and approving craft timesheets and look-ahead schedules.
• Support continuous improvement and documentation control activities.
