Actalent is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support multiple Project Managers in a fast-paced commercial/industrial environment. The role bridges the office and field, ensuring projects stay organized and all documentation is maintained throughout the lifecycle.

You will work with field personnel and subcontractors, prioritize multiple projects, and develop coordination skills toward project management and estimating responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong knowledge of construction operations in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong organization and communication skills for office-field coordination.
• Proficient with email and spreadsheets; basic report/log creation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multiple Project Managers across concurrent commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Serve as the primary link between office staff and field crews for clear communication on goals and requirements.
• Organize and maintain construction documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide crews with up-to-date information, documents, and instructions for safe, efficient work.
• Assist with scheduling, progress tracking, and follow-up on open items with field personnel and subcontractors.
• Communicate professionally with customers, field crews, and subcontractors to address questions and share updates.
