Qualifications

• Experience or education in construction or fabrication environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Ability to read construction/fabrication drawings.
• Experience with Tekla, Smartsheet or Bluebeam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations and assist in maintaining project schedules.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers to track progress.
• Maintain project records: RFIs, submittals, drawings, meeting minutes.
• Prepare progress reports and monitor QA/QC processes.
