Job summary

Tarlton Corp in St. Louis is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Special Projects Group to keep administration accurate from award through closeout.

You will support Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents by handling system setup, contract and financial paperwork, safety documentation, permitting, document control, and closeout records across the MSA portfolio. The role requires two+ years in project support or coordination, comfort working with subcontractors and vendors,

Qualifications

• Two or more years of administrative, project support, or coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects without missing deadlines.
• Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and client contacts.
• Construction management graduates or internship experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects in Procore, Viewpoint Vista, and Egnyte and keep records current.
• Upload drawings and addenda and distribute revisions to the project team.
• Maintain the project directory and contacts for subs, vendors, and clients.
• Draft subcontract and purchase order requisitions for PM review.
• Coordinate subcontractor pricing and draft proposals for client approval.
• Assist with safety documentation, permits, and submittal logs.
