Job summary

Roof Services & Solutions, a Tecta America Company, seeks a Commercial Roofing Project Coordinator in St. Louis, MO to support the full project lifecycle—from contract award to closeout.

You will assist Project Managers with administration, contracts, bonding, insurance, billing, and compliance to help ensure projects are executed efficiently and successfully. The role requires 3+ years in construction/roofing, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in construction, roofing, project coordination, or related area.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management software, CRM systems, or construction management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to production and project management teams.
• Assist with bids, contracts, bonding, insurance, and project startup documentation.
• Create and maintain project records, purchase orders, subcontractor files, and customer documentation.
• Prepare and submit project billings, lien waivers, and other customer-required paperwork.
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, prequalification packages, licenses, and certifications.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support project closeout activities and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Assist with month-end reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a backup for office administrative functions as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
