• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project coordination, drafting, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and building processes.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet requirements.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving issues and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Maintain and organize project documentation (RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders).
• Serve as liaison between office personnel, project managers, and field teams.
