Job summary

Johnson Controls in Honolulu, HI seeks an Operations Administrative Support to assist Construction and Project Managers with coordination, documentation, and equipment orders for fire alarm, suppression, and sprinkler projects.

You will maintain projects and contracts in Job Design/BBI, monitor small projects, and communicate with customers and sales reps about material and labor needs. Strong multitasking and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction/Project Managers with coordination and documentation.
• Order equipment for install base projects.
• Maintain Projects and Contracts in Job Design/BBI.
• Communicate with customers and sales reps on material/labor needs.
• Process change orders and support billing.
