Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience in project management or construction administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction materials and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project control processes and procedures.
• Conduct audits and reviews for compliance with processes.
• Provide guidance and training on project control requirements.
• Maintain quality documentation with the quality team and ensure audit readiness.
• Manage filing system for construction projects and distribute reports.
• Support in tracking quality metrics and corrective actions.
• Prepare data and reports for project meetings and reviews.
• Learn and back up Assistant Project Manager roles as needed.
• Collaborate with APMs to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless project execution.
