Qualifications

• Experience coordinating project documentation and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with COI and W-9 documentation and subcontractor onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, tracking, and budgeting under supervision.
• Procure materials, subcontractors, and rental equipment with proper records.
• Maintain 811 locate tickets and monitor status to ensure safety.
• Prepare and organize project progress photos and customer updates.
• Compile and manage closeout packages and field job folders.
