Job summary

DMK Development Group, LLC is seeking a Project Controller in Louisville to serve as the financial and administrative backbone for project teams. You will manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relations to keep PMs focused on building great projects.

This fast-paced, highly interactive role works with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors daily, ensuring accuracy and timely billing across multiple active projects in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction billing, contract administration, or project accounting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication with subcontractors and vendors; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Project Billing: review, process, and reconcile subcontract pay apps and invoices.
• Contract Administration: manage subcontracts, POs, and ERP entries; maintain files.
• Project Tracking & Reporting: monitor checklists, action items, and cost reports.
