Job summary

EC Electric in Sparks, Nevada is seeking a Project Coordinator 2 to support project management and billing processes on-site. The role partners with the Project Manager and Assistant PM to ensure accurate documentation, subcontract administration, and timely bid tracking across multiple construction projects.

Qualifications include a hands-on degree in construction/engineering and proven coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Project Managers with start-ups, close-outs, bid tracking, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation control across multiple construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, payroll, OCIP/CCIP requirements, COIs, permits, and specifications review for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project start-ups and close-outs.
• Provide front desk relief or administrative support as needed to meet business goals.
• Prepare routine correspondence and proposals.
• Assist with bid forms, proposals, and vendor quotes.
• Create submittal packages and manage monthly lump sum and T&M billings for subcontracts.
