Job summary

EC Electric in Sparks, NV is seeking a Project Coordinator 2 to support the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager with start-ups, close-outs, and comprehensive documentation control across multiple construction projects.

You will handle monthly lump sum and T&M billings, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, prepare proposals and submittals, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. A related degree or hands-on experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on multiple construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, certified payroll, OCIP/CCIP, COIs, bonding, liens, permits, specs.
• Experience managing monthly lump sum and T&M billings with pay apps and SOVs.
• Ability to prepare correspondence, proposals, O&M manuals, submittals, and tracking logs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project start-ups and close-outs.
• Provide front desk relief and administrative support as needed.
• Prepare routine correspondence and bids/proposals.
• Assist with bid forms, vendor quotes, and submittal packages.
• Create and maintain billing schedules and subcontracts tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for project data and drawings.
• Manage RFI’s, change orders, and inspection documentation.
• Process permits and plan reviews with supporting docs.
• Support pre-construction planning and bid development.
