Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/industrial construction; federal project preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establish, organize, and maintain project and jobsite documentation.
• Manage drawing logs and ensure document control accuracy.
• Track, log, and distribute project documents as directed by the Project Manager.
• Maintain project files in Procore construction management software.
• Process and file subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Track subcontractor compliance documents (insurance, lien releases, affidavits).
• Assist with bid coordination and buyout processes, including distributing plans/specs.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination.
• Compile project closeout packages, including O&M manuals.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients.
• Perform general administrative and project support duties as needed.
• Communicate over the phone and in writing to upper management including Owners, PM’s, Superintendents, and Corporate Safety.
• Work with government and non-government personnel in a professional and clear manner.
