Consigli Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Senior PM/PM on construction projects. Focus areas include document control, RFIs, submittals, material delivery, and subcontractor coordination.

You will represent Consigli across the project lifecycle, reporting to the Project Manager. The candidate should have 3-5 years in construction project management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and OSHA training (10/30 preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 3-5 years of construction PM experience.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficiency with cost, scheduling and construction management software.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a main point of contact for Owners, OPMs and Design Team members.
• Coordinate and input during weekly meetings with subcontractors and design teams.
• Support cost and change management: prepare reports and present at meetings.
• Assist in development of estimates and bid proposals for lump sum and GMP projects.
• Oversee Project Engineer and document control, RFIs, submittals and material delivery.
• Mentor and train supporting team members, including Project Engineers.
• Maintain relations with subcontractors and track submittal and material delivery schedules.
• Verify contracts and insurance are in place before commencing work.
• Coordinate with Project Scheduler to update and distribute the master schedule.
• Assist the superintendent in resolving issues focusing on quality, cost, and schedule.
• Take ownership of project closeout and compile closeout documentation.
• Manage closeout docs (as-builts, warranties, test reports) for Design Team and Owner.
• Manage financial closeout with subcontractors and Owner.
• Upload and distribute punch lists via Procore to subs.
• Conduct field walks and compile observations/reports; review Design Team field reports and drive resolutions.
• Perform regular safety walks with field and safety staff.
