Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support Senior PMs on all project aspects. Responsibilities include document control, RFIs, submittals, material delivery, and coordinating with subcontractors and design teams.

You will assist in cost control, change management, and reporting, while mentoring the Project Engineer and managing schedule inputs with the project team. This role is full-time and based in Massachusetts, with strong collaboration across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in construction project management or similar role.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact with Owners, OPMs and design teams.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with subcontractors and design teams to drive resolution.
• Assist in cost and change management; prepare reports for review and meetings.
• Support development of estimates and bid proposals for lump sum and GMP projects.
• Oversee Project Engineer and document control tasks (RFIs, submittals, material delivery, minutes).
• Maintain relations with subcontractors and ensure submittal/delivery schedules.
