Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager is required.
• Knowledge of project development, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost, scheduling, documentation is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project-related systems such as Prolog and Primavera is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project procedures, documentation and related A/E systems.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications.
• Obtain and manage data, information, communications, and approvals between owner, architects, engineers and project entities.
• Support project meetings with documentation, administration and tracking of information.
