Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
• Knowledge of project development, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office; experience with Prolog and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project procedures and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, estimates, and specifications.
• Manage data, information, communications, and approvals between owner, architects, engineers, and other project-related entities.
• Assist in the management of project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization, systems and project closeout.
• Support project meetings documentation, administration, and tracking of statuses.
• May assist in coordinating and monitoring activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities.
• Perform other duties as required.
