Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Construction Manager.
• Strong communication and knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistant construction management services on projects.
• Assists with oversight of progress of construction and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Assists in coordinating and monitoring activities of contractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities.
• Conducts project meetings, prepares meeting minutes and tracks relevant information.
• Ensures contractual and safety requirements are respected by all parties.
