The Project Coordinator will support the SVP of Construction Operations in all phases of construction, including permitting, pre-construction, construction, close-out, and turnover to the building management company. This role is responsible for independently managing contract administration and overseeing construction monitoring throughout the life cycle of each project. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of affordable housing projects, including compliance with HUD, UFAS, and other federal frameworks and regulations governing such developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the SVP to plan and execute workflow throughout the construction process
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all construction team members
• Upload and manage project documentation and plans using Procore software
• Organize and schedule meetings across the construction timeline
• Manage contract administration, including assembling and executing subcontracts
• Monitor and report on construction progress, ensuring projects remain on schedule
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the project life cycle
• Participate in special assignments or initiatives as directed by the SVP

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of on-site construction experience, preferably with a general contractor
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of HUD, UFAS, and other federal frameworks for affordable housing development
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Excel, and other project management tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in contract administration and construction project documentation

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
