• Track project costs, budget variances, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, and Sales Representatives.
• Publish the Project Schedule and coordinate Pre-Construction Meetings.
• Obtain building permits and manage project closeout documents.
• Attend on-site meetings and conduct site visits as needed.
• Prepare AIA billing applications for review and approval.
