Job summary

RPM SPG seeks a Construction Management Associate to assist the Construction Manager in executing large and small contracting projects. You will work with the project team to develop scopes, schedules, submittals, permits, and close-out documents, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role involves coordinating with managers, superintendents, estimators, and sales staff; travel may be required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with a focus on quality and timely

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction management tasks.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal and specification development.
• Develop project schedules and review costs and profitability.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, and other stakeholders; lead meetings.
• Prepare AIA billing applications for review and approval.
• Support project close-out documents and permitting.
