Qualifications

• Experience with construction project coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support contractor prequalification, bid solicitation, contracting and contract administration.
• Collect, verify, and store all required documentation.
• Prepare bid packages and gather specifications for projects.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation (drawings, contracts, change orders).
• Organize documents according to company standards and systems.
• Monitor version control and prepare documents for audits.
• Draft and track purchase change orders within authorized limits.
• Verify pricing and scope changes before submission.
• Maintain log of all change orders and communicate with teams.
• Prepare and update proposal materials with pricing.
• Coordinate information flow and resolve scope/document discrepancies.
• Serve as point of contact to maintain relationships.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned.
