Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking a Construction Management Associate to support the Operations team in planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC restoration projects. You will assist Construction Managers, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver AHU restoration work safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities include documentation, scheduling, site visits, and cost tracking, with opportunities for travel and relocation after program completion.

Qualifications

• Must have transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel out of town may include overnight travel.
• Ability to relocate after program completion.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers and Operations leadership in coordinating HVAC restoration projects.
• Support field teams during AHU restoration, fan array retrofit, and coil replacement projects.
• Ensure project work aligns with scope, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Maintain project files and documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.
• Upload and manage documentation within company project management systems.
• Track project correspondence and ensure proper documentation of project activities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and coordinating with field teams.
• Coordinate communication between Operations, Engineering, Sales, and field teams.
• Assist in preparing and submitting project submittals, including fan array equipment and coil specifications.
• Visit job sites to support field operations, safety docs, and quality checks.
• Assist in tracking project budgets and costs and in billing documentation.
• Assist with final inspections and project turnover, including warranties and as-built docs.
