Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support new store construction, remodels, and facility improvements in the Brooklyn area. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, strong organizational skills, and bilingual English/Chinese abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/PM/engineering or related field is a plus.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Strong organization to handle multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supports new store construction, remodels, and facility improvements from planning through completion.
• Coordinates with contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, landlords, and internal teams on requirements and timelines.
• Tracks schedules, milestones, inspections, punch-lists, and closeout.
• Maintains contracts, proposals, POs, invoices, permits, drawings, warranties, and insurance records.
• Supports bidding, scope-of-work coordination, and change orders.
• Monitors costs, POs, invoices, and change orders; follows up on discrepancies.
