Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support and coordinate construction, renovations, and facility improvements across locations. You will work with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and property management to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.

The role emphasizes scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, POs, and permits, with strong organizational and communication skills required to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment and lead teams.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; bilingual English/Chinese.

Responsibilities

  • Supports new store construction, remodels, renovations, and facility improvement projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinates with contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, landlords, store operations, and internal departments on requirements and timelines.
  • Tracks construction schedules, milestones, inspections, punch-list items, and project closeout.
  • Maintains project documentation including contracts, proposals, POs, change orders, invoices, permits, drawings, warranties, and insurance records.
  • Assists with contractor/vendor bidding, proposal comparisons, and scope-of-work coordination.
  • Tracks project costs, invoices, POs, change orders and follows up on discrepancies.
  • Coordinates construction-related permits, inspections, utilities, equipment, fixtures, signage, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work as needed.
  • Maintains project trackers and provides updates on progress, budgets, issues and deadlines.
  • Supports communication and issue resolution between contractors, vendors, stores, and internal teams.
  • Provides general administrative and project coordination support and performs other related duties.

Summary:

As a Construction Coordinator, you will support and coordinate construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects across company locations. This position works closely with internal departments, contractors, vendors, property management, and other external partners to help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to schedule.

The Construction Coordinator will assist with project scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, purchase orders, invoices, permits, project tracking, and construction-related administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with vendors and contractors, maintaining project records, following up on project progress, and coordinating between different stakeholders to ensure construction and renovation projects move forward smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to collaborate and able to work well within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Location: 133 Randolph St, Brooklyn, NY 11237

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM

Available to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.

Compensation:

The pay range for this job is between $23.00 and $25.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer
